Post Airsoft Louisville Membership Waiver
This waiver is required for all Airsoft Louisville hosted events that do not take place at Asylum. In addition, this waiver must be completed and returned to xAdamx or Flying Cheeto upon a successful vote for membership.

If you are attending an Open Play or Old School game day at Asylum, you will only need to complete a waiver for Asylum.
